Purchasing From Our Website
You must be 18 or over to buy anything from us by credit card.

All Items are subject to availability. Colour accuracy on the web-site cannot be guaranteed,and will vary depending upon the screen type. Information on this web site may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. Information may be changed or updated without notice. UK Camo may also make improvements and/or changes to this information at any time without notice.

Returns & Exchanges
UK Camo is committed to complete customer satisfaction. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it with tags attached for a full refund within 7 days from the time you receive it. You may get an exchange up to 14 days from the time of receipt. UK Camo will NOT accept any items returned after 14 days from the time you receive your package. All clearance sale items are final. Please note all goods returned that are not damaged or faulty will be charged a restocking fee or £5.00 pounds which will be deducted from final refund.

Any Items that in our opinion,appear to have been worn, will not be accepted for refund & will be returned at the customers own cost.

Note: Shipping charges will NOT be reimbursed for returns or exchanges.

Data Protection
Please note that by sending us your order, you agree to us using your personal details in order to supply the goods to you (which may involve passing them on to relevant third parties such as delivery firms). We will ask for your permission if we wish to use your details for any other reason [and you may ask us in writing to remove your details from our system by writing to our address.

Payment and Delivery
All items are priced in U.K.Pounds Sterling. All orders outside the United Kingdom will be charged for overseas delivery costs. Our customer telephone hot lines are open U.K. Time 9.00 am - 5.00 pm weekdays. If you call after these times you can leave a message & one of our personnel will call you back as soon as possible.

Payment can be made by credit card via our website or by telephone or by credit card or cheque via post. Please make all cheques payable to "UK Camo".

We will only deliver to the address of the Credit Card holder for security reasons.

If our couriers are not able to deliver your goods they will be returned back to our warehouse and you will be charged for re-delivery at our courier's standard tariff rate.

Availability of Goods You Order
If we are unable to provide you with the goods you have ordered, you will be contacted as soon as possible at which point you will be offered the choice of accepting substitute goods of equivalent value or a complete refund of any sums that you have paid.

Delivery of Goods
Our cut off time for next day delivery before 1.00 pm is 2.00pm. Orders placed after 2.00pm will be shipped the next working day. Saturday delivery can not been guaranteed. Orders placed on Friday after 2.00pm will be delivered the following Monday before 1.00pm. UK Camo can not be held responsible for delays in delivery by Royal Mail Special Delivery. However we will endeavour to make sure your items get there on time. Items of clothing that have to be returned due the customer ordering a wrong size will have to pay a £5.00 Pound re postage charge. This is to cover the cost of the Royal Mail Special Delivery fee next day by 1.00pm service.
